The invention discloses a driving style identification method, system and device, and relates to the field of vehicle auxiliary driving control. The driving data of different styles of drivers in various driving scenes are collected, the low-dimensional driving features of the driving data in each driving segment are extracted, the multiple driving features are clustered into various driving style types through clustering analysis, the driving style recognition rule based on the clustering center is designed, and the driving style recognition accuracy is improved. The cost and subjectivity of manual design of the driving style recognition rule are reduced, and the adaptability of the driving style recognition rule in different scenes is improved. Furthermore, a driving style recognition rule based on expert knowledge is designed according to the data features of each driving segment, and the driving style recognition rule based on machine learning is supplemented and corrected by using the expert knowledge, so that the situation that the recognition result of a machine learning algorithm is inconsistent with the subjective feeling of a driver in part of scenes is avoided, and the recognition accuracy is improved. And the accuracy and practicability of driving style identification are improved.

    本发明公开一种驾驶风格识别方法、系统及设备,涉及车辆辅助驾驶控制领域。本发明通过采集不同风格驾驶员在多种驾驶场景下的驾驶数据,并提取每个驾驶片段内驾驶数据的低维驾驶特征,使用聚类分析将多个驾驶特征聚类成多种驾驶风格类型,并设计基于聚类中心的驾驶风格识别规则,降低了人工设计驾驶风格识别规则的成本和主观性,提高了驾驶风格识别规则在不同场景下的适应性。进一步地,本发明根据每个驾驶片段的数据特征设计基于专家知识的驾驶风格识别规则,使用专家知识对基于机器学习的驾驶风格识别规则进行补充修正,避免了机器学习算法识别结果在部分场景下与驾驶员主观感受不一致的情况,提高了驾驶风格识别的准确率和实用性。
