The method comprises the following steps: acquiring vehicle collision information of a target vehicle; when it is determined that the vehicle collision information meets the collision power-off condition, a first control strategy is generated to be used for generating a first fusing control instruction, and then the high-voltage intelligent fusing system is controlled to be switched to a fusing state, so that the vehicle is subjected to high-voltage power-off; under the condition that it is determined that the safety airbag control system generates the first fusing control instruction, the state of a high-voltage intelligent fusing system is obtained; and generating a second control strategy for controlling the battery management system to generate a second fusing control instruction under the condition that the state of the high-voltage intelligent fusing system is determined to be a non-disconnected state, and further controlling the high-voltage intelligent fusing system to be switched to a fusing state, so that the vehicle is subjected to high-voltage power-off. The technical problem that the collision power-off time is too long in the prior art is solved.
