Thus, the compensation convex surface can compensate for the springback shrinkage amount through the subsequent flattening process, the buffer structure can absorb and stop the allowance generated by the compensation convex surface flattening process, the via hole is prevented from being affected, and the top cover metal plate can directionally extend in the direction away from the via hole during the compensation convex surface flattening process.
