The invention provides a battery pack locking mechanism, a battery pack, an electric vehicle and a locking and unlocking method. The battery pack locking mechanism is arranged on a battery pack or a vehicle body and comprises a guide part, a pressing rod, a reversing plate, a pull rod and a locking part, the guide part is connected to the battery pack or the vehicle body, at least one of the pressing rod, the pull rod and the locking part is sleeved with the guide part, the reversing plate is rotationally installed on the guide part, and the pressing rod, the reversing plate, the pull rod and the locking part are sequentially connected. When the pressing rod is not subjected to external acting force, the pull rod drives the locking part of the locking piece to move to enter the locking position, when the pressing rod is subjected to external acting force, the pressing rod drives the reversing plate to rotate so as to pull the pull rod to drive the locking part of the locking piece to move out of the locking position, and the locking part of the locking piece is located at the initial position. By using the battery pack locking mechanism, the locking of the battery pack is realized by utilizing self weight, the structure is simple, the unlocking and locking processes are simple and convenient, and the locking is reliable.
