The invention provides a charging pile three-phase equalization charging power distribution method and device, and the method comprises the steps: receiving a new charging request sent by a new terminal, and enabling the new charging request to carry a first corresponding relation among a new terminal identifier, a new demand voltage, and a new demand current; determining whether there is an idle AC/DC conversion module; if not, determining the number of AC/DC conversion modules to be redistributed, and recording the number as a first number; the required current sum to be redistributed is determined, the required current sum is the sum of the new required current and the old required current, and the old required current is the required current of each terminal which is currently charged; and averagely dividing the required current sum to be redistributed into a first number part, and establishing a second corresponding relationship between each part of required current and the AC/DC conversion module identifier, the terminal identifier and the required voltage, so that the charging power route performs power distribution according to the second corresponding relationship. The stability of the receiving power grid is improved.
