The method comprises the steps that the real-time state of a vehicle is monitored; when the real-time state meets a preset thermal management low-power-consumption condition, entering a thermal management low-power-consumption mode; the heat management low-power-consumption mode comprises a first mode, a second mode and a third mode, and in the first mode, when the temperature of the electric drive assembly is higher than a first preset temperature, the fan and the water pump are controlled to operate for a first duration so as to cool the electric drive assembly to be lower than a second preset temperature; in the second mode, when the highest temperature of all single batteries in the battery pack is higher than a third preset temperature, the compressor is controlled to operate so as to cool the battery pack; in the third mode, when the temperature of the DC-DC converter is higher than a fourth preset temperature, the water pump is controlled to operate so as to cool the DC-DC converter. By adopting the method, the energy consumption of the whole vehicle can be reduced, and the user experience is improved.
