The invention provides a control method of a semi-active suspension system. The control method comprises the steps that the real-time road surface disturbance frequency is determined according to a telescopic speed signal of a damper in the semi-active suspension system of a vehicle; according to the driving mode of the vehicle at the current moment and the road surface disturbance real-time frequency, determining a control gain parameter which should be adopted by a control module of the semi-active suspension system at the current moment by searching a pre-constructed control gain scheduling table; wherein the control gain scheduling table comprises control gain parameters which are pre-calibrated through an experiment in different driving modes and different road surface disturbance frequency intervals; and according to the control gain parameters and a system model of the semi-active suspension system, control parameters of the damper are generated, so that a control module controls the damper according to the control parameters. In this way, the damper control parameters can be determined according to the driving mode and the road disturbance real-time frequency, so that the semi-active suspension system can keep good performance under the full-road input frequency band.

    本申请提供了一种半主动悬架系统的控制方法,包括:根据车辆的半主动悬架系统中阻尼器的伸缩速度信号确定路面扰动实时频率;按照当前时刻车辆的驾驶模式和路面扰动实时频率,通过查找预先构建的控制增益调度表,确定半主动悬架系统的控制模块在当前时刻应采用的控制增益参数;其中,控制增益调度表包括通过实验预先标定的在不同驾驶模式和不同路面扰动频率区间下的控制增益参数;根据控制增益参数和半主动悬架系统的系统模型,生成阻尼器的控制参数,以使控制模块按照控制参数控制阻尼器。这样,能够根据驾驶模式和路面扰动实时频率确定阻尼器控制参数,使得半主动悬架系统在全路面输入频段下都能保持良好的性能。
