The invention provides a manufacturing method of a guide vane of a propulsion device and the guide vane, and belongs to the technical field of ship electric propulsion. The manufacturing method comprises the steps that a guide vane blank is obtained through additive manufacturing and machining; stress relief annealing is conducted on the guide vane blank; carrying out rough machining and finish machining on the guide vane blank subjected to stress relief annealing to obtain a guide vane molded part; and the guide vane forming piece is machined, and the guide vane is obtained. Through the method, the quality of the guide vane can be improved.

    本公开提供了一种推进装置的导叶的制作方法以及导叶,属于船舶电力推进技术领域。所述制作方法包括:通过增材制造,加工得到导叶毛坯;对所述导叶毛坯进行去应力退火;对去应力退火后的所述导叶毛坯进行粗加工和精加工,得到导叶成型件;对所述导叶成型件进行机加工,得到所述导叶。本公开通过该方法可以提高导叶的质量。
