The invention provides a charging station cluster weak centralization frequency modulation control method based on a virtual leader and a medium. Along with rapid development of the electric vehicle and vigorous planning and construction of the charging station, the electric vehicle and the charging station can serve as a flexible frequency modulation resource, and the frequency stability of a power grid is improved. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, based on a virtual synchronous generator control strategy and requirements of an electric vehicle charging station, establishing a framework of a virtual synchronous generator of the electric vehicle charging station; secondly, according to a collaborative topology design control strategy among a plurality of charging stations, determining a virtual leader and designing a weak centralization consistency algorithm; and finally, proposing a cooperative frequency modulation control strategy of the charging station cluster to realize weak centralized frequency modulation control of the charging station cluster. According to the technical scheme, energy sharing between the charging stations can be utilized, frequency modulation of the charging stations and the electric vehicles is achieved, the frequency modulation potential of the charging stations is deeply excavated, the frequency stability of a power grid is improved, and the wide application prospect is achieved.

    本发明提出了一种基于虚拟领导者的充电站集群弱中心化调频控制方法及介质。随着电动汽车的迅速发展和充电站的大力规划建设,电动汽车和充电站可以作为一种灵活的调频资源,改善电网的频率稳定。首先,基于虚拟同步发电机控制策略,以及电动汽车充电站的需求,建立电动汽车充电站虚拟同步发电机的架构;其次根据多个充电站之间的协同拓扑设计控制策略,确定虚拟领导者以及设计弱中心化的一致性算法;最后,提出充电站集群的协同调频率控制策略,实现充电站集群的弱中心化调频控制。本发明的技术方案可以利用充电站之间的能量共享,实现充电站和电动汽车调频,深度挖掘充电站的调频潜力,提高电网的频率稳定性,具有广阔的应用前景。
