The invention discloses an urban road network operation reliability index determination method and system and electronic equipment, and relates to the field of urban road network reliability assessment, and the method mainly comprises the steps: determining a road section travel time reliability result according to historical road condition data, a road chain-road section corresponding table and line layer road network structure data; calculating a path travel time reliability index corresponding to each path in the urban area according to the road section travel time reliability result, the OD travel data and the urban area boundary information; calculating a road network travel time reliability index corresponding to the central urban road network according to the road section travel time reliability result and the central urban boundary information; and calculating a commuting travel time reliability index corresponding to the central urban area according to the road section travel time reliability result, the boundary information of the central urban area and the OD travel data. The method is suitable for operation reliability evaluation of a large-scale road network and a nationwide urban road network.

    本发明公开了城市道路网运行可靠性指标确定方法、系统及电子设备,涉及城市道路网可靠性评估领域,方法主要包括根据历史路况数据、路链‑路段对应表及线图层道路网结构数据,确定路段行程时间可靠性结果;根据路段行程时间可靠性结果、OD出行数据和城区边界信息计算城区内每条路径对应的路径行程时间可靠性指标;根据路段行程时间可靠性结果、中心城区边界信息计算中心城区道路网所对应的道路网行程时间可靠性指标;根据路段行程时间可靠性结果、中心城区边界信息和OD出行数据计算中心城区对应的通勤行程时间可靠性指标。本发明适用于大规模道路网以及全国范围的城市道路网运行可靠性评估。
