The invention discloses a large container ship methanol daily cabin fuel filling and discharging system which is characterized in that deep-well pumps are arranged in a first methanol storage cabin, a second methanol storage cabin and a third methanol storage cabin, the outlet ends of the three deep-well pumps are communicated with corresponding lightering branch pipes respectively, remote control valves are arranged on the lightering branch pipes, and the three lightering branch pipes are converged into a lightering header pipe; the outlet end of the lightering header pipe is communicated with the bottom of the methanol daily cabin, the methanol daily cabin is arranged above the methanol storage cabin, a high liquid level sensor is arranged on the upper portion in the methanol daily cabin, a low liquid level sensor is arranged on the lower portion in the methanol daily cabin, and a temperature sensor is arranged on the lightering header pipe. The high liquid level sensor, the low liquid level sensor and the temperature sensor are respectively interlocked with the three deep-well pumps, and the temperature sensor is respectively interlocked with the three remote control valves. By means of the system, the methanol daily cabin has the automatic filling and purging self-weight discharging and cabin cleaning capacity, the piping system design is simplified, and the convenience and safety of piping system operation are improved.

    本发明公开了一种大型集装箱船甲醇日用舱燃料加注排放系统,第一、第二、第三甲醇储存舱内部均设有深井泵,三个深井泵出口端连通各自连通对应的驳运支管,驳运支管上均设有遥控阀,三个驳运支管汇入驳运总管,驳运总管的出口端连通甲醇日用舱底部,甲醇日用舱设置在甲醇储存舱的上方,甲醇日用舱内部上方设有高液位传感器,甲醇日用舱内部下方设有低液位传感器,驳运总管上设有温度传感器,所述高液位传感器、低液位传感器和温度传感器分别与三个深井泵联锁设置,温度传感器分别与三个遥控阀联锁设置。使用本系统使甲醇日用舱具备了自动加注和吹扫自重排放清舱能力,简化了管系设计,提升了管系操作的便利性、安全性。
