An amphibious small air cushion pipeline detection device disclosed by the present invention comprises a ship body, a hover system, a propulsion system and a detection system, the detection system is installed in the ship body and comprises a CCTV image device and a sonar detection device, and the hover system is composed of four groups of hover fans uniformly distributed at the upper end of the ship body. The hover fan rotates at a high speed to generate hover airflow flowing into the bottom of the ship body, the propelling system comprises a propelling fan installed at the tail of the ship body and a vertical rudder mechanism arranged on the rear side of the propelling fan, and the propelling fan operates to generate propelling airflow in the longitudinal axis direction of the ship body. According to the detection device provided by the invention, the walking mode of common wheeled robot detection equipment in a pipeline is changed, and the detection device can adapt to amphibious detection conditions at the same time, so that the obstacle avoidance performance and the passing performance of the equipment in a sewer pipeline are improved, and meanwhile, the CCTV image device and the sonar detection device are additionally arranged; the accuracy of sewer line detection can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种两栖小型气垫管道检测装置,包括船体、垫升系统、推进系统和检测系统,所述检测系统安装于所述船体内部,包括CCTV影像装置和声呐检测装置,所述垫升系统由四组均匀分布于船体上端的垫升风扇构成,所述垫升风扇高速转动产生流入船体底部的垫升气流,所述推进系统包括安装于所述船体尾部的推进风扇和设置于推进风扇后侧的垂直舵机构,所述推进风扇运行产生沿所述船体纵向轴线方向的推进气流。本发明提出的检测装置,改变了普通轮式机器人检测设备在管道中的行走方式,能够同时适应水陆两种检测条件,从而提高设备在下水管道中的避障性能和通过性能,同时增加了CCTV影像装置以及声呐检测装置,可以提高下水管道检测的准确性。
