A fixing disc is fixedly installed at the end, away from the fixed vertical rod, of the movable vertical rod, a U-shaped fixing frame is fixedly installed on the outer wall of the fixing disc, and an L-shaped equipment frame is fixedly installed at the end, away from the fixing disc, of the U-shaped fixing frame. According to the invention, the safety prompting devices are respectively arranged on the main road and the branch road, and the bidirectional radar sensing devices and the flashing warning lamps on the main road and the branch road are used for bidirectionally prompting motor vehicles and pedestrians, so that the response time of 3-5 seconds is reserved for traffic participants of both parties entering the intersection; therefore, early warning of pedestrians and vehicles at the intersection is conveniently realized, and the collision probability is effectively reduced.
