The invention discloses an over-rotation prevention method and structure for a turnover type hydraulic supporting leg. By means of the method and the structure, the hydraulic supporting leg can be manually overturned to be limited to two limiting positions, and the stress state of the root of a hydraulic pipeline of the supporting leg can be improved. When the hydraulic supporting leg is turned over to the upper limit position, the limiting check block on the hand straining beam makes contact with the limiting plate on the end face of the hydraulic supporting leg rotating shaft, and the hydraulic supporting leg is limited to continue rotating. When the hydraulic supporting leg is reversely overturned to the lower limiting position, the other limiting stop block on the hand pulling beam makes contact with the limiting plate on the end face of the hydraulic supporting leg rotating shaft, and continuous rotation of the hydraulic supporting leg is limited. In the process that the hydraulic supporting leg is pulled out of and pushed into the support cross beam along with the hand pulling beam or in the process that the hydraulic supporting leg is turned over, the oil pipe support with the annular characteristic can improve stress of the root of a supporting leg hydraulic pipeline, the limiting structure is simple, and the oil pipe support well improves the stress condition of the root of a supporting leg oil pipe under severe working conditions, especially under low temperature and transportation vibration.

    本发明公开了一种用于翻转式液压支腿的防过转方法及结构。该方法及结构可实现液压支腿手动翻转至两个极限位置的限位,也可改善支腿液压管路根部的受力状态。液压支腿翻转至“上”极限位置时,手拉梁上的限位挡块与液压支腿回转轴端面上的限位板接触,限制液压支腿继续回转。液压支腿反向翻转至“下”极限位置时,手拉梁上的另一限位挡块与液压支腿回转轴端面上的限位板接触,限制液压支腿继续回转。液压支腿随手拉梁拉出、推入支座横梁过程中或液压支腿翻转过程中,具有环形特征的油管支架可改善支腿液压管路根部的受力,限位结构简单,油管支架较好改善了恶劣工况尤其是低温、运输振动下支腿油管根部的受力状况。
