The vertical transporter for the concave parts comprises a cross beam, stand columns used for being supported on the ground are arranged at the two ends of the cross beam, idler wheels are arranged in the cross beam and connected to wheel shafts, the wheel shafts are located on the side wall of the top of a hollow sliding sleeve, a walking motor for driving the wheel shafts is arranged in the sliding sleeve, and a sliding rod moving vertically is arranged in the sliding sleeve in a sliding fit mode. A lifting cylinder is arranged at the top end of the sliding sleeve, the lower end of the sliding rod is connected with the top of the annular hanging ring, the lifting cylinder drives the hanging ring to ascend and descend in the vertical direction, and a plurality of clamps for clamping parts are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction of the hanging ring. The total length of the upper clamping cylinder and the lower clamping cylinder is adjusted through the center piston, the tensioning state of the elastic sleeve is kept through springs in the upper telescopic device and the lower telescopic device, so that the upper clamping ring and the lower clamping ring extend into the concave portion of the outer side wall of a part and clamp the part, the upper locking device fixes the upper end of the elastic sleeve, and the lower locking device fixes the lower end of the elastic sleeve. Therefore, the elastic sleeve is prevented from sliding relative to the upper clamping cylinder and the lower clamping cylinder in the part transferring process, and the part clamping stability and reliability are kept.

    本发明公开了一种凹型零件垂直搬运机,包括横梁,横梁的两端均设置有用于与地面支撑的立柱,横梁内设有滚轮,滚轮连接在轮轴上,轮轴位于中空滑套的顶部侧壁上,滑套内设有驱动轮轴的行走电机,滑套内滑动配合有垂直移动的滑杆,滑套顶端设有升降缸,滑杆下端与环形吊环顶部连接,升降缸驱动吊环垂直方向的升降,吊环的周向均布有若干个夹持零件的夹持器;通过中心活塞调节上、下夹筒的总长,利用上、下伸缩器内的弹簧保持弹性套的张紧状态使上、下夹持环伸入零件外侧壁的凹形部位并夹紧零件,上锁止器固定弹性套的上端,下锁止器固定弹性套的下端,从而防止在转运零件过程中弹性套与上、下夹筒之间的相对滑动,保持对零件夹持的稳定性与可靠性。
