The invention discloses a near space aircraft electrostatic charge release device, which relates to the technical field of static electricity and comprises a discharge brush and a release cover. The discharge brush is fixed on the aircraft; the caliber of the first end of the release cover is smaller than that of the second end of the release cover; the first end of the release cover is fixed at the tail part of the discharge brush; a plurality of air inlet holes are formed in the first end of the release cover. The static charge release requirement of the near space aircraft can be met.
