The invention relates to an emergency steering hydraulic system and a harvester. The emergency steering hydraulic system comprises a steering oil cylinder, a steering control valve, a steering pump, a walking pump and a hydraulic walking power device, two working oil ports of the steering control valve are connected with a large cavity and a small cavity of the steering oil cylinder respectively, an oil outlet of the steering pump is connected with an oil inlet of the steering control valve, and the steering pump is in transmission connection with a walking pump shaft. Two working oil ports of the walking pump are respectively connected with two working oil ports of the hydraulic walking power device in a one-to-one correspondence manner, two inlets of the emergency steering valve group are respectively connected with the two working oil ports of the walking pump, and an outlet of the emergency steering valve group is connected with an oil inlet of the steering control valve. The hydraulic steering device has the advantages that high-pressure oil exists in a working oil port of the pump as long as the whole machine is not stopped by means of a hydrostatic walking machine type, pressure oil can be provided for the steering control valve by means of the pressure oil, steering is easily achieved, and the whole machine is smoothly stopped at a safe position.

    本发明涉及一种应急转向液压系统及收获机。应急转向液压系统包括转向油缸、转向控制阀、转向泵、行走泵和液压行走动力装置,转向控制阀的两个工作油口分别连接转向油缸的大腔和小腔,转向泵的出油口连接转向控制阀的进油口,转向泵与行走泵轴传动连接,行走泵的两个工作油口分别一一对应的连接液压行走动力装置的两个工作油口,还包括应急转向阀组,应急转向阀组的两个进口分别连接行走泵的两个工作油口,应急转向阀组的出口连接转向控制阀的进油口。优点:借用了静液压行走机型只要整机不停止,泵的工作油口就会有高压油存在,可以借助此压力油为转向控制阀提供压力油,轻松实现转向,使整机顺利停靠到安全位置。
