The invention discloses a method for realizing an ASIL-C automobile standby power supply through an ASIL-B MCU, and belongs to the technical field of automobile standby power supplies. The system comprises a monitoring loop which is composed of an MCU with an ASIL-B function safety level and a digital circuit and is used for monitoring power grid failure and generating a first switch control signal; the MCU outputs a CAN message signal to the redundant circuit in a notification mode, and the redundant circuit generates a second switch control signal to ensure that the MCU outputs a correct control signal under an abnormal condition; and the first switch control signal and the second switch control signal are output to a power transmission switch after passing through a logic OR gate. According to the invention, an ASIL-B level MCU and an ASIL-A level hardware loop are adopted to jointly form a standby power supply system design meeting an ASIL-C level function safety target, so that the material cost is reduced, the development period is shortened, and particularly, the complex redundancy and check difficulty of software development are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种ASIL‑B MCU实现ASIL‑C汽车备用电源的方法,属于汽车备用电源技术领域。该系统包括ASIL‑B功能安全等级的MCU与数字电路组成的监控回路用于监视电网失效,生成第一开关控制信号;所述MCU采用通知的方式输出CAN报文信号给冗余电路,冗余电路生成第二开关控制信号,以保证在所述MCU异常情况下输出正确的控制信号;所述第一开关控制信号和第二开关控制信号经过逻辑或门后输出到送电开关。本发明采用ASIL‑B级别的MCU与ASIL‑A级别的硬件回路共同组成满足ASIL‑C级别功能安全目标的备用电源系统设计,从而降低物料成本和开发周期,特别是降低了软件开发的复杂冗余和校核难度。
