The invention provides a gas-electricity system control method, a gas-electricity system and an automobile, and the gas-electricity system control method comprises the following steps: detecting the residual electric quantity of a power battery and starting timing when the automobile is in high voltage; when the residual electric quantity is greater than a first electric quantity threshold value, determining whether timing duration reaches a first time threshold value or not; and when the timing duration reaches a first time threshold value, the gas-electricity system is controlled to be started according to the remaining electric quantity and the whole vehicle demand power. Timing is carried out while the remaining electric quantity of the power battery is detected, and under the condition that the remaining electric quantity is larger than the first electric quantity threshold value and the timing duration reaches the first time threshold value, the gas-electricity system is started according to the remaining electric quantity and the required power of the whole vehicle, so that the gas-electricity system is not started within the time of the first time threshold value; and hydrogen energy waste caused by frequent start and stop of the gas-electricity system is avoided.
