The invention discloses a consistency difference early warning method and device, equipment and a storage medium, and belongs to the technical field of vehicle control. The method comprises the following steps: determining that a single battery is in a non-plateau area on the basis that the OCV of any single battery in a reference number of single batteries is less than a first voltage threshold, and determining that the single battery is in a standing state on the basis that the current is less than a first current threshold and the standing time is greater than a time threshold; based on the SOC of the single battery corresponding to the first voltage and the SOC of the single battery corresponding to the second voltage, the SOC difference value is determined, and the first voltage and the second voltage are the maximum voltage and the minimum voltage in the OCV of the single batteries obtained when the single batteries with the reference number are both in the standing state and the non-platform area; and determining whether the consistency difference of the battery monomers needs to be pre-warned or not based on the SOC difference value. The SOC difference of the electric vehicle is detected, and early warning is performed based on the detection result, so that the endurance and safety of the vehicle are guaranteed.

    本申请公开了一致性差异的预警方法、装置、设备及存储介质,属于车辆控制技术领域。方法包括:基于参考数量个电池单体中任一电池单体的OCV小于第一电压阈值,确定所述电池单体处于非平台区,基于电流小于第一电流阈值以及静置时长大于时长阈值,确定电池单体处于静置状态;基于第一电压对应的电池单体的SOC和第二电压对应的电池单体的SOC,确定SOC的差值,第一电压和第二电压为参考数量个电池单体均处于静置状态和非平台区时,获取到的电池单体的OCV中的最大电压和最小电压;基于SOC的差值确定是否需要对电池单体的一致性差异进行预警。通过对电动车辆的SOC差异进行检测,且基于检测结果进行预警,保障车辆的续航和安全性。
