The invention discloses a charging pile thermal management system and method. The charging pile thermal management system comprises a fan, a radiator, a water pump, a liquid cooling charging gun and a high-voltage overflowing part air duct. The radiator, the water pump and the liquid cooling charging gun are sequentially connected, a secondary refrigerant is injected into the radiator, and the radiator and the liquid cooling charging gun form a water circulation loop under the action of the water pump; the high-pressure overflowing part air channel and the fan are arranged on the two sides of the radiator respectively, and the wind direction of the fan is from the radiator to the high-pressure overflowing part air channel. According to the invention, liquid cooling can be provided for the charging gun, air cooling can also be provided for the high-voltage overflowing part, namely, cold source output of air cooling and water cooling can be provided at the same time according to cooling form requirements of different overflowing parts, and the targets of low energy consumption and low cost are met on the basis that heat management assemblies are as few as possible.

    本发明公开了一种充电桩热管理系统及方法,包括风机、散热器、水泵、液冷充电枪和高压过流件风道;散热器、水泵和液冷充电枪依次相连,散热器内注入有载冷剂,并在水泵的作用下与液冷充电枪形成水循环回路;高压过流件风道和风机分别设置在散热器的两侧,且风机的风向由散热器至高压过流件风道。本发明能实现既可为充电枪提供液冷,也可为高压过流件提供风冷,即能根据不同过流件的冷却形式需求,同时提供风冷和水冷的冷源输出,在尽可能少的热管理组件基础上,满足低能耗、低成本的目标。
