The invention relates to a vehicle-to-vehicle charging device and system, a vehicle and a charging connection state detection method. The vehicle-to-vehicle charging device comprises a first charging gun which comprises a first resistor and a first charging gun connection confirmation end; the second charging gun comprises a second resistor and a second charging gun connection confirmation end; the first charging gun connection confirmation end is connected with the second charging gun connection confirmation end. Therefore, the vehicle-to-vehicle charging device can be formed by connecting the first charging gun connection confirmation end and the second charging gun connection confirmation end by using the existing first charging gun and the existing second charging gun, and the charging connection state can be detected by using the charging gun connection confirmation end of the original charging gun; according to the vehicle-to-vehicle charging device, a charging gun connection confirmation end does not need to be additionally arranged, an auxiliary circuit does not need to be additionally arranged either, the vehicle cost is reduced, and the vehicle-to-vehicle charging device is simple in structure and easy to implement and has very good practicability and economical efficiency.
