Comprising a prefabrication tool, the prefabrication tool comprises a frame support and an auxiliary clamping plate, and the frame support is provided with at least one set of target holes; a composite material skin is laid in the frame support and subjected to pre-compaction treatment, and the thickness of the metal composite material skin is obtained; obtaining a mathematical model of the prefabricated tool, analyzing the mathematical model, extracting the contour of the cap-shaped rib, and establishing a projection database; mounting a glue film and a foam core according to the projection position in the projection database and the position of the auxiliary clamping plate, and pre-compacting the glue film and the foam core; then, cap-shaped rib material sheets are laid, and after the cap-shaped rib material sheets are laid, the cap-shaped rib material sheets are subjected to hot pressing, packaging and curing; and according to the projection position in the projection database, real-time verification in the paving process of the adhesive film, the foam core or the cap-shaped rib material sheet is realized. Even in the process that the skin rebounds, the cap-shaped ribs can be accurately positioned, and the positioning error range of the cap-shaped ribs is narrowed.

    本发明公开了一种共胶接式长桁帽型筋定位方法及其长桁壁板,属于复合材料制造技术领域。包括预制工装,其包括框架支座和辅助卡板,所述框架支座上设有至少一组靶标孔;在框架支座内铺设复材蒙皮,对其预压实处理并获取金属复材蒙皮的厚度;获取预制工装的数学模型,并对其进行分析提取帽型筋的轮廓建立投影数据库;依据投影数据库中投影位置和辅助卡板的位置安装胶膜、泡沫芯,并对其预压实处理;再铺贴帽型筋料片,完成帽型筋料片铺贴后,对其热压封装固化;依据投影数据库中的投影位置,实现胶膜、泡沫芯或帽型筋料片铺贴过程中实时校验。本发明即使在蒙皮发生回弹过程中,也能对帽型筋的位置精准定位,缩小帽型筋定位误差范围。
