The invention discloses an asymmetric motor suspension which comprises a bushing outer framework and a bushing inner framework, a bushing rubber part is arranged between the inner wall of the bushing outer framework and the outer wall of the bushing inner framework, and the bushing rubber part comprises two first main spring legs and two second main spring legs which are centrosymmetric. The rigidity of the first main spring leg and the rigidity of the second main spring leg are the same, and the first main spring leg and the second main spring leg are of an asymmetric structure. The first main spring leg and the second main spring leg which are the same in rigidity and are not symmetrical are adopted, so that two low-frequency formants with low dynamic rigidity peak values can appear under high-frequency vibration, and compared with a plurality of high-frequency formants with high dynamic rigidity peak values of a symmetrical structure, a good damping and buffering effect can be achieved, and generation of high-frequency squeal of a motor is restrained; and meanwhile, after two low-frequency formants appear, the high-frequency dynamic stiffness peak value can be attenuated, the generation of high-frequency squeal of the motor is further inhibited, and therefore the good whole vehicle NVH performance is obtained.

    本发明公开了一种不对称电机悬置,包括衬套外骨架以及衬套内骨架,所述衬套外骨架的内壁和衬套内骨架的外壁之间设置有衬套橡胶件,所述衬套橡胶件包括呈中心对称的两个第一主簧腿和两个第二主簧腿,且第一主簧腿和第二主簧腿的刚度相同,所述第一主簧腿和第二主簧腿为非对称结构设置。本发明采用刚度相同但不对称的第一主簧腿和第二主簧腿,从而在高频振动下会出现两个动态刚度峰值较低低频共振峰,相对于对称结构的多个动态刚度峰值高的高频共振峰,可起到良好的减振缓冲作用,抑制电机高频啸叫的产生;同时本发明在出现两个低频共振峰后高频的动态刚度峰值会衰减,进一步的抑制电机高频啸叫的产生,从而获得较好的整车NVH性能。
