The invention provides a variable speed limit group compliance prediction method based on section traffic flow parameters, and the method comprises the steps: inputting a to-be-detected traffic flow characteristic parameter matrix into a constructed driver group compliance prediction model based on a traffic flow characteristic parameter matrix, and obtaining a driver compliance level; the construction method of the driver group compliance prediction model based on the traffic flow characteristic parameter matrix comprises the steps that lane-level variable speed limit boards are arranged on a high-speed road at a first preset interval so as to display lane-level speed limit information; acquiring a training traffic flow characteristic parameter matrix; calculating and obtaining the compliance of the to-be-tested driver group; obtaining a grade compliance degree set; constructing a compliance original database; and based on an LGBM model, constructing a driver group compliance prediction model based on the traffic flow characteristic parameter matrix. The problems that in the prior art, speed limiting optimization cannot be conducted according to the compliance degree of a driver, and most of current roads do not have the vehicle track collection function are solved.

    本发明提供了一种基于断面交通流参数的可变限速群体遵从度预测方法,包括:向构建好的基于交通流特征参数矩阵的驾驶人群体遵从度预测模型输入待测交通流特征参数矩阵,得到驾驶人遵从度等级;基于交通流特征参数矩阵的驾驶人群体遵从度预测模型的构建方法为:在高快速路上以第一预设间距设置车道级可变限速板以显示车道级限速信息;获取训练交通流特征参数矩阵;计算获取待测驾驶人群体的遵从度;获取等级遵从度集;构建遵从度原始数据库;基于LGBM模型,构建基于交通流特征参数矩阵的驾驶人群体遵从度预测模型。本发明解决了现有技术中无法根据驾驶人遵从度进行限速优化和当前道路大部分不具备车辆轨迹采集的功能的问题。
