The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting, and discloses a method, a device, equipment and a medium for judging and analyzing collision between hoisting equipment and an obstacle, and the method comprises the following steps: acquiring a planar projection of a suspension arm when the hoisting equipment and the obstacle carry a lever based on structural parameters of the hoisting equipment and the obstacle; according to a geometric structure among the suspension arm, the obstacle and the plane projection under the preset rotation angle, constructing a geometric relational expression to obtain a corresponding relational expression between the hoisting radius and the rotation angle of the suspension arm; acquiring a smooth projection curve of the far end of the suspension arm in a preset rotation angle range according to the corresponding relational expression, and taking a closed area formed by the smooth projection curve and a circle corresponding to the maximum hoisting radius as a lever influence area; and whether the hoisting equipment collides with the obstacle or not is judged according to the lever influence area. According to the method, tedious analysis steps in the hoisting process can be simplified into simple plane analysis, the workload of manual calculation is reduced, meanwhile, the hoisting analysis efficiency is improved, and the error rate of analysis and calculation is reduced.

    本发明涉及吊装技术领域,公开了一种起重设备与障碍物碰撞判断分析方法、装置、设备及介质,包括:基于起重设备与障碍物的结构参数来获取起重设备与障碍物发生扛杆时吊臂的平面投影;根据预设旋转角度下的吊臂、障碍物和平面投影之间的几何结构构建几何关系式,来得到吊臂的吊装半径与旋转角度的对应关系式;根据对应关系式获取预设旋转角度范围内吊臂远端的平滑投影曲线,将平滑投影曲线与最大吊装半径所对应的圆所构成的封闭区域作为扛杆影响区域;根据扛杆影响区域判断起重设备是否会与障碍物发生碰撞。本发明能够把吊装过程中繁琐的分析步骤简化为简单的平面分析问题,减少人工计算工作量,同时提高吊装分析效率,降低分析计算错误率。
