The invention discloses a magnetorheological fluid ejection device taking a magnetorheological valve as a flow control element, which takes magnetorheological fluid as a working medium and comprises the magnetorheological valve, a first two-position three-way electromagnetic directional valve, a cartridge valve, a hydraulic pump, a piston type energy accumulator, a plunger cylinder, a second two-position three-way electromagnetic directional valve, an overflow valve, an oil tank and a controller, the current of the first coil and the current of the second coil in the magnetorheological valve are controlled, the rheological characteristic of magnetorheological fluid in the damping channel in the magnetorheological valve is changed, and therefore the flow flowing through the magnetorheological valve during ejection is controlled, and the ejection speed is controlled. The magneto-rheological valve has the structural characteristics of long damping and large flow, has no movable part in the working process, has the advantages of long damping channel, simple structure, high response speed and flexible control, and is beneficial to light weight and rapid control of an ejection mechanism.

    本发明公开了一种以磁流变阀为流量控制元件的磁流变液弹射装置,以磁流变液作为工作介质,包括磁流变阀、第一两位三通电磁换向阀、插装阀、液压泵、活塞式蓄能器、柱塞缸、第二两位三通电磁换向阀、溢流阀、油箱和控制器;通过控制磁流变阀中的第一线圈和第二线圈的电流,改变磁流变阀内阻尼通道内磁流变液的流变特性,从而控制弹射时流经磁流变阀的流量,以实现弹射速度的控制。本发明中的磁流变阀具有长阻尼大流量的结构特征,工作过程中没有活动部件,具有阻尼通道长、结构简单、响应速度快、控制灵活的优势,有利于弹射机构的轻量化和快速控制。
