The invention discloses a bridge pile foundation underwater detection device and method based on a linkage clamping mechanism, and relates to the technical field of bridge pile foundation detection. The device comprises an underwater robot, a sensing module and a linkage clamping mechanism, wherein the sensing module and the linkage clamping mechanism are both connected with the underwater robot; the linkage clamping mechanism comprises a pressing rod and a folding clamping arm which are located on the front side of the underwater robot body frame, and a positioning control platform installed in the underwater robot body frame. The pressing rod and the folding type clamping arm are connected with the underwater robot through the positioning control platform, and the pressing rod and the folding type clamping arm jointly form a linkage mechanism capable of clamping and holding a detection target. According to the universal detection device for the underwater pile foundation, through the mechanical structure design, the stability control problem of underwater sensing can be solved through a low-cost scheme, and the reliability of the detection device in the underwater environment is improved to the maximum extent through the design with mechanical linkage as the main.

    本发明公开了一种基于联动夹持机构的桥梁桩基水下检测装置及方法,涉及桥梁桩基检测技术领域。装置包括水下机器人、传感模块和联动夹持机构,传感模块和联动夹持机构均与水下机器人相连;联动夹持机构包括位于水下机器人机体框架前侧的压杆和折叠式夹臂以及安装于水下机器人机体框架内部的定位控制平台;压杆和折叠式夹臂均通过定位控制平台与水下机器人相连,压杆和折叠式夹臂共同构成能夹持抱合检测目标的联动机构。本发明提出的水下桩基通用检测装置通过机械结构设计,能够采用低成本方案解决水下感知的稳定性控制难题,机械联动为主的设计也最大程度地提升了检测装置在水下环境的可靠性。
