The invention provides a bridge crack detection robot and a working method thereof. Rotating frames are connected to the two sides of a mounting shell, the interiors of the rotating frames are of barrel-shaped structures, power fans are arranged in the rotating frames, the power fans exhaust air towards the rear ends of the rotating frames, the end faces of air suction ports of the rotating frames are used for being adsorbed to a wall, and rubber rings are arranged on the end faces of the air suction ports of the rotating frames; a plurality of driving wheels are further arranged on the rotating frame close to the mounting shell and electrically connected with the driving motor, and the lowest ends of the driving wheels are higher than the end face of the air suction port of the rotating frame; a driving device is further arranged in the mounting shell and drives the two rotating frames to rotate around one side of the mounting shell by an angle. The robot can reach any designated position of the bridge, the detection cost is obviously lower than that of manual detection, the robot can also reach bridge parts which cannot be reached by conventional manual detection, and great convenience is brought to detection personnel.

    本发明提供一种桥梁裂缝检测机器人及其工作方法,安装壳两侧交接有转动架,转动架内部呈桶状结构,转动架内部设有动力风扇,动力风扇朝转动架后端抽气,转动架吸气口端面用于吸附在墙面上,且转动架吸气口端面设有橡胶环;转动架靠近安装壳位置还设有多个驱动轮,驱动轮与驱动电机电连接,驱动轮最低端高于转动架吸气口端面;安装壳内部还设有驱动设备,驱动设备分别驱动两个转动架围绕着安装壳一侧转动角度。该机器人可到达桥梁任意指定位置,检测成本明显低于人工检测,该机器人还可到达利用常规人工检测无法到达的桥梁部位检测,给检测人员带来极大的便利。
