By using the oil supplementing mechanism, the connecting position of the rotating stand column and the bearing can be lubricated, friction force on the bearing is reduced, abrasion in the bearing is reduced, the amount of lubricating oil to the bearing can be increased through the accelerating mechanism, redundant lubricating oil can be collected in cooperation with the oil receiving mechanism, waste of the lubricating oil is reduced, and cost is saved.

    本发明涉及起重机技术领域,具体为一种重机立柱组件及起重机,包括底座,所述底座的顶部转动连接有转筒,所述转筒的内壁顶部和底部均固定连接有轴承,所述转筒通过轴承转动连接有立柱,所述转筒的外部通过齿轮啮合有电机,所述转筒内设置有补油机构;所述补油机构设置在轴承的附近,所述补油机构与电机的开关电性连接,所述补油机构包括第二气囊,所述转筒的内壁关于立柱对称安装有第一固定板。本发明通过使用补油机构,可以对正在转动的立柱和轴承连接处进行润滑,降低轴承上的摩擦力,减小轴承内的磨损,并且通过加速机构可以增加对轴承的润滑油量,配合接油机构,能将多余的润滑油收集起来,减少润滑油的浪费,节约成本。
