The invention provides a novel winch walking switching main valve system and method. A first oil inlet and a second oil inlet of a first hydraulic control switching valve in the system are connected to different oil ports of a main winch working unit respectively, a first oil outlet is connected to an A1 oil port, and a second oil outlet is connected to a B1 oil port; the third oil outlet is connected to the A2 oil port, and the fourth oil outlet is connected to the B2 oil port. Winding and walking actions are combined into the same working unit to be controlled, the size of a main valve system is reduced, and simultaneous winding and walking actions caused by misoperation can be effectively avoided.
本发明提出了一种新型卷扬行走切换主阀系统及方法,该系统中液控切换阀一的第一进油口和第二进油口分别连接至主卷扬工作联的不同油口,第一出油口连接至A1油口,第二出油口连接至B1油口;第三出油口连接至A2油口,第四出油口连接至B2油口。本发明将卷扬与行走动作合并为同一工作联进行控制,减小了主阀系统的体积,可有效地避免误操作导致卷扬与行走同时动作。
