The invention relates to the technical field of aluminum profile extrusion die hoisting, in particular to batch hoisting equipment for aluminum profile extrusion dies and a using method of the batch hoisting equipment. The hoisting mechanism comprises a first lifting mechanism and a second lifting mechanism which are arranged on the two sides of the upper end face of the movable base correspondingly. The hoisting mechanism further comprises a batch hoisting device which ascends and descends through the first lifting mechanism and the second lifting mechanism. The batch hoisting device comprises a U-shaped supporting track, a plurality of electric telescopic rods in sliding connection with the lower end face of the supporting track and clamping mechanisms arranged on the lower end faces of the electric telescopic rods. According to the aluminum profile extrusion mold hoisting device, batch hoisting of aluminum profile extrusion molds can be achieved, the situation of shaking is avoided during hoisting and moving, the stability of the multiple aluminum profile extrusion molds during moving can be kept all the time, and therefore the situation that the multiple aluminum profile extrusion molds collide with one another to cause mold damage during moving is avoided.

    本发明涉及铝型材挤压模具吊装技术领域,具体为一种铝型材挤压模具的批量吊装设备及其使用方法,包括移动底座以及设置在移动底座上方的吊装机构,吊装机构包括有分别设置在移动底座上端面两侧的第一升降机构和第二升降机构,吊装机构还包括有通过一升降机构和第二升降机构进行升降的批量吊装器;批量吊装器包括有U型支撑轨道、若干个与支撑轨道下端面滑动连接的电动伸缩杆以及设置在电动伸缩杆下端面的夹持机构。本发明不仅能够实现对铝型材挤压模具的批量吊装,并且在进行吊装移动时不会出现晃动的情况,能够始终保持多个铝型材挤压模具在移动时的稳定性,从而在移动时不会出现多个铝型材挤压模具相互碰撞导致模具损坏的情况。
