The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle inspection system which comprises a vehicle, a mobile nest and an unmanned aerial vehicle. The mobile nest comprises a shell fixedly connected to a vehicle and a cover plate arranged on the upper side of the shell, a ball cup is fixedly connected to the interior of the shell through a supporting plate, a ball is rotationally connected to the interior of the ball cup, a parking apron is fixedly connected to the upper side of the ball through an upper connecting rod, and a clamping mechanism is arranged on the parking apron. The lower side of the ball head is fixedly connected with a balance ball through a lower connecting rod, a plurality of supporting rods vertically penetrate through the supporting plate, and the movable nest further comprises a driving mechanism capable of driving the supporting rods to slide up and down and driving the cover plate to be opened and closed. The mobile nest has an open state and a closed state. According to the unmanned aerial vehicle inspection system, when a vehicle is parked on an inclined road surface, the parking apron can be automatically leveled, and taking off and landing of an unmanned aerial vehicle are facilitated.
