The invention discloses a solar unmanned aerial vehicle flexible photovoltaic module paving device. The device comprises a base station; the supporting part is used for supporting and fixing wings of the unmanned aerial vehicle and is arranged on the base station; the clamping part is matched with the unmanned aerial vehicle and is provided with a hard skin and an adsorption assembly; the hard skin is detachably matched with a wing rib of a wing and is used for placing a photovoltaic module; the adsorption assemblies are arranged on the two sides of the hard skin and the two sides of the photovoltaic assembly respectively and used for pressing and abutting against the photovoltaic assembly to be bonded to the wing ribs through adhesive layers. The paving device is simple in structure and easy to control, a traditional liquid structural adhesive coating scheme is abandoned, and rapid paving of the oversized flexible photovoltaic module on the solar unmanned aerial vehicle is achieved through variable adjustment of a hot pressing mode with adsorption force; and the development efficiency of the photovoltaic array of the solar unmanned aerial vehicle and the consistency of product quality production can be greatly improved. The invention further provides a paving method for the paving device for the flexible photovoltaic module of the solar unmanned aerial vehicle.

    一种太阳能无人机柔性光伏组件铺装装置,包含有:基台;支撑部,用于支撑固定无人机机翼,其被设置在所述基台上;夹持部,其与无人机配合,配置有硬质蒙皮和吸附组件;所述硬质蒙皮与机翼的翼肋可拆卸配合,用于放置光伏组件;所述吸附组件分置于所述硬质蒙皮和所述光伏组件两侧,用于压抵光伏组件通过胶层粘接在翼肋上。本申请提出的铺装装置,结构简单且易于控制,摒弃了传统的液态结构胶涂布的方案,通过变调节具有吸附力的热压方式来实现超大尺寸柔性光伏组件在太阳能无人机上的快速铺装,可大幅提高太阳能无人机光伏组阵的研制效率及产品质量生产的一致性。本申请还提出一种用于该太阳能无人机柔性光伏组件铺装装置的铺装方法。
