A semi-automatic boarding pedal structure comprises a pull ring, a base, three pulleys, a steel cable, a frame plate, a rocker arm spring, a rocker arm, a stop spring, a pedal support, a stop block, a pedal, an air spring and a connector, the pull ring is installed on the base, the steel cable connected with the pull ring penetrates through the two pulleys, then penetrates through one pulley through the rocker arm and then is fixed to the stop block, and the air spring is fixed to the frame plate. A rocker arm spring used for pulling the rocker arm, a stop spring used for pulling the stop block and an air spring used for pulling the pedal are installed on the frame plate, the pedal is retracted into the machine body through the air spring, in the using process, the pedal is put down by pulling the pedal and overcoming the retraction force of the air spring, the stop block is embedded into the pedal when the pedal reaches the put-down position, and the pedal is locked. A pilot steps on the pedal for boarding, then the pilot or a ground crew pulls the pull ring to drive the steel cable to separate the stop block from the pedal, the pedal is unlocked, under the retraction action of the gas spring, the pedal is automatically retracted, an energy driving structure does not need to be arranged, the structure is simple, and maintenance is convenient.
