According to the ship model for ship structure mechanical analysis and the manufacturing method of the ship model, a ship body is of an integrally-formed shell structure, and the molded line of the ship body is consistent with a to-be-verified ship structure shell; a plurality of mass blocks are arranged in the ship body, the mass blocks are of sheet structures, the mass blocks are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the ship body, and the mass distribution of the mass blocks is consistent with the mass distribution of the internal structure of the ship structure to be verified; a mounting frame is arranged above each mass block; a measuring beam arranged along the length direction of the ship is rigidly connected with the mass block through a mounting frame; the measuring beam is provided with an optical fiber sensor group, the optical fiber sensor group is arranged on the surface of the measuring beam along the length direction of the measuring beam, and the optical fiber sensor group is used for measuring strain distribution of the measuring beam, so that ship model segmentation does not need to be considered, ship model processing process steps are reduced, and continuous state information of a modal is accurately obtained; the ship model structure is suitable for preliminary design and mechanical property verification of a large ship, and the reliability of the ship structure is verified more accurately.

    一种用于船舶结构力学分析的船模及其制作方法,船体为一体成型的壳体结构,船体的型线与待验证的船舶结构外壳一致;船体内部设有多个质量块,质量块为片状结构,质量块沿船体的长度方向间隔设置,多个质量块的质量分布与待验证的船舶结构内部构造的质量分布一致;每个质量块的上方设置有安装架;沿船长方向设置的测量梁通过安装架与质量块刚性连接;测量梁上设置有光纤传感器组,光纤传感器组沿测量梁的长度方向上布置于测量梁的表面,光纤传感器组用于测量测量梁的应变分布,从而不需考虑船模分段,减少船模加工工艺步骤,准确获取模态的连续状态信息,使船模结构适用于大型船舶初步设计及力学性能验证,更加精确的进行船舶结构可靠性的验证。
