    本发明提供一种轨道车辆永磁齿轮传动装置,包括:动力总成、磁齿轮传动总成、箱体总成、轮对总成和悬挂总成;牵引电机定子设置在箱体内壁上;牵引电机转子设置在空心套筒的外圆表面上;引电机转子的外圆表面和定子的内圆表面保持一层均匀气隙;磁齿轮传动总成为两组,两组磁齿轮传动总成的高速永磁盘分别设置在牵引电机转子两端的、空心套筒的外圆表面上;高速永磁体固定在高速永磁盘的外侧;外调磁极块固定在外壁板内侧;内调磁极块镶嵌在内壁板中;低速永磁盘设置在空心套筒与箱体间的动轴上;低速永磁体固定在低速永磁盘内侧。本发明不仅能减轻簧下质量,使传动结构更加简单紧凑,而且还能扩展轴向及径向空间,有利于牵引电机的大功率化。
