According to the vehicle driving safety assessment method provided by the invention, on one hand, various factors such as the vehicle attribute state of the to-be-assessed vehicle, the driver attribute state and the vehicle attribute states of the vehicles around the to-be-assessed vehicle are considered; on the other hand, the related driving state of the to-be-evaluated vehicle in the current time period and the driving data change in the next time period are considered at the same time, so that whether the to-be-evaluated vehicle has a deviation correction behavior in the environment in which the current time period is located can be judged through the driving data change in the next time period; therefore, the vehicle driving safety is evaluated on the aspects of transverse multi-factor analysis and longitudinal multi-period analysis, and the evaluation accuracy is improved.
