The invention provides a vehicle driving anti-fatigue control method and system. According to the scheme, the method comprises the steps that driver driving state information and vehicle state information are obtained; executing a first control strategy when the vehicle state is a driving state, and executing a second control strategy when the vehicle is started and is in a static state; wherein the first control strategy is as follows; judging whether the driver is in a fatigue state or not based on the driver driving state information, and if yes, playing corresponding music based on the driver fatigue state level; according to the second control strategy, when the vehicle is in the parking gear, music playing and atmosphere spraying are synchronously started.
