The invention relates to an engine torque control method, device and equipment, a storage medium and a vehicle, and relates to the technical field of vehicle power control. The method comprises the steps that under the condition that a vehicle meets a preset speed condition, a first torque value and a second torque value of an engine of the vehicle are determined according to the current speed of the vehicle; the preset speed condition is used for indicating that the vehicle speed is greater than a preset threshold; the first torque value comprises a torque value required for maintaining the current speed and the charge capacity of the vehicle under the condition that the running mode of the vehicle is a hybrid mode; the second torque value comprises a torque value required for maintaining the current speed under the condition that the running mode of the vehicle is the oil drive mode. And further, the minimum value in the first torque value and the second torque value is determined as an output torque value, and the vehicle is controlled to be in a running mode corresponding to the output torque value.
