The invention relates to the field of braking systems, and discloses an electric control actuating valve for intelligent driving redundancy design and a vehicle braking system.The valve body is provided with an air inlet, an air outlet and an exhaust port, and an air path channel is arranged in the valve body; the number of the electromagnetic valve sets is at least one, the electromagnetic valve sets are connected with the air inlet, the air outlet and the exhaust port through the air channel, and each electromagnetic valve set comprises a normally-closed pressure increasing electromagnetic valve and a normally-open pressure reducing electromagnetic valve; the PCB is connected with the pressure increasing electromagnetic valve and the pressure reducing electromagnetic valve, and the controller controls on-off of the pressure increasing electromagnetic valve and the pressure reducing electromagnetic valve through the PCB; the electromagnetic valve group is arranged on an air path among the air inlet, the air outlet and the air outlet, and the connection and disconnection among the air inlet, the air outlet and the air outlet are controlled by the on-off of the pressurizing electromagnetic valve and the pressure reducing electromagnetic valve. The braking system has the advantages of being reliable in braking, beneficial to redundancy design and the like.
