The invention provides a locomotive power supply method, circuit and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and relates to the technical field of locomotives. The method comprises the following steps: monitoring the operation state of the locomotive, wherein the operation state comprises a hydrogenation state and/or a charging state; when the locomotive is in the hydrogenation state, a charging circuit of the locomotive is disconnected, and the charging circuit is used for charging the locomotive; when the locomotive is in the charging state, the hydrogenation operation of the locomotive is locked, and the hydrogenation operation is the operation of adding hydrogen into a gas storage container on the locomotive. According to the invention, the technical effects of no hydrogenation in the locomotive charging process and no charging in the hydrogenation process are realized, the potential safety hazard possibly caused by simultaneous hydrogenation and charging is avoided, and the safety and reliability of locomotive power supply are improved.
