And the tread base rubber is thinned, so that the hysteresis loss of the tire is further reduced, and the rolling resistance of the tire is further reduced.

    一种低滚阻轮胎胎冠结构及其成型方法,涉及轮胎生产技术领域,包括胎面,所述胎面底部依次设有冠带层、带束层、胎体层和内衬层,所述冠带层采用单层结构,所述带束层采用双层结构,分别为下层的1#带束层和上层的2#带束层,所述2#带束层与冠带层相贴合,1#带束层与胎体层相贴合,所述胎体层采用单层结构;本发明通过采用单层胎体结构+2层钢丝带束层帘线+单层芳纶冠带层,为保证高速性能和安全倍数不降低,采用高反包胎体结构和芳纶冠带结构,以及带束层使用超高强度的2根单丝缠绕的结构,同时为了降低轮胎滚动过程中产生的热量,减薄胎面基部胶,进一步降低轮胎的滞后损失,进而降低轮胎的滚动阻力。
