The invention discloses a novel low-rolling-resistance tire structure. The tire structure comprises a tire body integrally formed by a tire crown part and two groups of tire side parts, crown patternsare arranged on the outer side of the crown part at equal intervals, two groups of first longitudinal grooves and two groups of second longitudinal grooves are formed in the side part of the tire crown part, tire bead steel wires are arranged at the two groups of tire side parts, hard rubber layers sleeve the side parts of the two groups of tire bead steel wires, the two groups of hard rubber layers sleeve the inner sides of the two groups of tire side parts respectively, steel wire cord thread layers and polyester cord fabric layers sleeve the inner sides of the crown part and the two groupsof tire side parts respectively, and the polyester cord fabric layers sleeve the inner sides of the steel wire cord thread layers. The rigidity of the tire side parts can be enhanced through the twogroups of hard rubber layers, so that the running surface width of the tire is reduced, and the rolling resistance of the tire is effectively reduced; and the self weight of the tire is reduced through the polyester cord fabric layers and the steel wire cord layers, so the light weight requirement is met, and the rolling resistance coefficient of the tire is reduced from the aspect of weight.

    本发明公开了一种新型低滚阻轮胎结构,包括由胎冠部和两组胎侧部一体成型的胎体,所述胎冠部的外侧等距开设有胎冠花纹,所述胎冠部的侧部开设有两组第一纵向沟槽和两组第二纵向沟槽,两组所述胎侧部的设置有胎圈钢丝,两组所述胎圈钢丝的侧部均套设有硬质胶层,两组所述硬质胶层分别套设于两组胎侧部的内侧,所述胎冠部和两组所述胎侧部的内侧均套设有钢丝帘线层和聚酯帘布层,所述聚酯帘布层套设于钢丝帘线层的内侧。本发明通过两组硬质胶层可以增强胎侧部的刚性,进而减小了轮胎的行驶面宽,有效的降低了轮胎的滚阻,通过聚酯帘布层和钢丝帘线层,降低轮胎自身的重量,符合轻量化要求,从重量方面降低了轮胎的滚阻系数。
