The invention provides a visual field adjustment method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a default view image acquired by an electronic rearview mirror of a target vehicle; acquiring a driving state of the target vehicle; based on the driving state, determining translation pixels of a view image collected by the electronic rearview mirror relative to the default view image; and based on the translation pixel, adjusting a view field range of an image acquired by the electronic rearview mirror. According to the embodiment of the invention, the attention of a driver on rearview mirror adjustment can be liberated, enhanced image quality, a wide visual field range and safer driving experience are provided, and the key problems that an optical rearview mirror cannot be seen completely, cannot be seen clearly in severe weather and cannot be seen through dim light and glare at night are solved.
