The invention discloses a power battery heating control method which comprises the following steps: S1, starting a PCT to heat a power battery based on a power battery heating request, starting a water pump, and collecting the lowest temperature in the power battery as an initial lowest temperature value T1; s2, calculating a difference value delta T2 between the current lowest temperature T3 and the initial lowest temperature T1 of the power battery, and when the difference value delta T2 reaches a set average temperature difference threshold value, entering average temperature control; and S3, after the temperature equalization control is finished, detecting whether the temperature of the power battery reaches a target temperature, if not, taking the current temperature T3 of the power battery as the initial lowest temperature, and executing the step S2 until the temperature of the power battery reaches the target temperature. The balance of the power battery during heating is greatly improved, and the overheating risk in the temperature control process is reduced.

    本发明公开一种动力电池加热控制方法,该方法包括如下步骤:S1、基于动力电池加热请求启动PCT对动力电池进行加热,启动水泵,同时采集动力电池中的最低温度作为初始最低温度值T1;S2、计算动力电池当前最低温度T3与初始最低温度T1的差值ΔT2,在该差值ΔT2达到设定的均温差值阈值时,进入均温控制;S3、均温控制结束后,检测动力电池的温度是否达到目标温度,若检测结果为否,以动力电池当前温度T3作为初始最低温度,执行步骤S2,直至动力电池温度达到目标温度。极大提高动力电池加热时的均衡性,降低温度控制过程的过热风险。
