The invention discloses a mounting device and method for a large hydraulic oil cylinder in a limited space. The mounting device comprises a hanging ring, an adjustable supporting frame used for mounting the hanging ring and a bridge type support used for being matched with a hinged shaft of an oil cylinder to be pressed in two mounting holes of a rotating frame. The adjustable supporting frame 1 comprises a supporting frame body, and the front side and the rear side of the supporting frame body are each provided with a hanging ring. The bridge type support comprises a bridge type support frame body, a positioning seat used for positioning the hinged shaft is installed at the end of one support arm, and a manual jack used for press fitting of the bearing sleeve assembly is installed at the end of the other support arm. The installation device solves the problems that a hydraulic oil cylinder of a large hinge shaft installation structure is limited in space and has no effective stress point, the quality is not controlled due to the manual knocking assembly method, the installation efficiency is low, and potential quality hazards exist after long-term use. According to the oil cylinder installed through the method, the phenomena of oil seepage and oil leakage in the using process are reduced, the labor intensity during installation is relieved, the assembly efficiency is improved, and potential safety hazards in the assembly operation process are reduced.

    一种受限空间处大型液压油缸安装装置及安装方法,该安装装置包括吊环、用于安装吊环的可调支撑架、用于配合油缸的铰轴压装于旋转架的两安装孔处的桥式支撑;可调支撑架1包括支撑架体,支撑架体前后两侧各装有一吊环;桥式支撑包括桥式支撑架体,一支臂端部装有用于定位铰轴的定位座,另一支臂端部装有用于压装轴承套组件的手动千斤顶。本发明的安装装置解决大型铰轴安装结构的液压油缸在受限空间、无有效受力点、靠人工敲击的装配方法带来的质量不受控、安装效率低、长期使用存在质量隐患等问题。通过本发明的方法安装的油缸减少了在使用过程中出现渗、漏油的现象,减轻安装时的劳动强度、提高装配效率及降低装配作业过程中的安全隐患。
