The hoisting device comprises a lower trolley crane device and an upper trolley crane device; the lower trolley crane device comprises a lower trolley lifting row, a first shackle is arranged at the bottom of each sub lifting point, every two first shackles in each group are combined into a lower trolley lifting point through a plurality of middle shackles, and a second shackle is arranged on each lower trolley lifting point; the upper trolley crane device comprises a linkage lifting beam, lifting lugs are arranged at the two ends of the upper portion of the linkage lifting beam, a shoe-shaped gold ingot hook is arranged in the middle of the bottom of the linkage lifting beam, the shoe-shaped gold ingot hook is provided with two lifting hooks with openings towards the two sides, each lifting hook is provided with a steel wire rope or a lifting belt, and the lower end of each steel wire rope or lifting belt is an upper trolley lifting point. And a third shackle is arranged on the upper trolley lifting point. The two parts are hoisted through the specially-made lower trolley crane device and the specially-made upper trolley crane device respectively, and therefore hoisting operation is completed on the premise that an original lifting lug and a crane of a shipyard are used.
