The invention relates to an underwater propelling device, which belongs to the technical field of underwater equipment and comprises a propeller, a speed reducer, a motor and a control circuit board which are connected in sequence, a first key groove is formed in the end, connected with the speed reducer, of the propeller, a speed reducer output shaft is arranged at one end of the speed reducer, and a first insertion key matched with the first key groove is arranged on the speed reducer output shaft. A motor output shaft of the motor is provided with a second insertion key, and the other end of the speed reducer is provided with a second key groove matched with the second insertion key; the control circuit board is electrically connected with the motor and controls the motor to operate safely and stably. The speed reducer and the motor are coaxially connected through the second insertion key and the second key groove, so that power transmission between the speed reducer and the motor is better. Safe and stable-speed operation of the motor is controlled through the control circuit board, so that the influence of underwater obstacles and different resistances on the underwater propelling device is avoided, and the underwater propelling device can safely operate underwater at a stable speed.
