The invention provides a self-adaptive cable detection robot and a cable surface defect detection system and method. The self-adaptive cable detection robot comprises a plurality of structural units, each structural unit comprises a support body, a crawling driving assembly and a self-adaptive adjusting assembly. The crawling wheels of all the structural units are tightly attached to a cable to be detected, and the crawling driving motor is used for driving the crawling wheels to rotate, so that the detection robot moves along the cable to detect surface defects of the cable. The self-adaptive cable detection robot has the beneficial effects that the self-adaptive cable detection robot can move along a cable and is high in stability; according to the cable rope surface defect detection system, in-situ detection of cable rope surface defects can be completed, and the detection efficiency is high; according to the cable rope surface defect detection method, the information returned by the self-adaptive cable rope detection robot end can be received through the ground terminal, the cable rope is modeled according to the running path of the self-adaptive cable rope detection robot, and the defect position is marked, so that subsequent maintenance personnel can conveniently and quickly overhaul the cable rope defect.

    本发明提供自适应缆索检测机器人、缆索表面缺陷检测系统及方法,自适应缆索检测机器人包括多个结构单元;每一结构单元包括支架体、爬行驱动组件、自适应调节组件;所有结构单元的爬行轮均贴紧待检测的缆索,所述爬行驱动电机用于驱动所述爬行轮转动,从而使该检测机器人沿缆索移动,以检测缆索表面缺陷。本发明的有益效果为:该自适应缆索检测机器人可沿缆索移动,且稳定性高;该缆索表面缺陷检测系统能完成缆索表面缺陷的原位检测,检测效率高;该缆索表面缺陷检测方法可通过地面终端接收自适应缆索检测机器人端返回的信息,根据自适应缆索检测机器人的运行路径对缆索建模,并标记缺陷位置,便于后续维护人员对缆索缺陷进行快速检修。
